In the Pacific International Anti-Aging Center meeting that included Dr. Ronald Klatz with representitives of the Kapalua Land Conmany, it was suggested to PIAC by Kapalua Land Company that we consider use of a 10-acre parcel of land at a prime spot located at the top of the area called Pineapple Hill.

Dear Randy,

Thanks for taking the time to bring Dr. Klatz to Kapalua. We enjoyed meeting him and learning more about the anti-aging medicine concept, along with discussing the possibility of locating an international center at Kapalua. It's obvious he is on the cutting edge of scientific research, and a center here at Kapalua would be an exciting new venue for the resort community to attract additional guests and residents. The key questions as discussed are the ownership and management structure of an organization to construct the center and how it would be funded. If we can cross those two hurdles, I think we have a possibility of further discussions.

In the meantime, as requested, I am enclosing a complete packet of information on the Kapalua resort community for your information and future use in the development of a proposal, if that is the direction you and Dr. Klatz wish to pursue.
